Brayley Mylrea

Brayley Mylrea, MPT, BSc Kin

MPT, BSc Kin

After obtaining my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria, I completed my Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. My experience has led me to work with various levels of competitive and recreational athletes, chronic disease populations, and neurological conditions.

I have participated in a variety of sports including dance, rugby, and lacrosse over the years, and have continued my love for sport by supporting community teams including the UBC Varsity Women's Rugby program and the Burnaby Lake Women's Rugby Club.

As I became a mom, my passion for sport remained but my practice also evolved — developing an interest in women's health, where I've become passionate about supporting women navigating pelvic health concerns as well as pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

After spending time working and living in Northern BC, I became passionate about supporting the community I live in and creating a space where clients feel truly supported in their wellness journey. This led me to building Silva Physiotherapy & Wellness to serve Mission and the surrounding communities.
