We are committed to providing the best care possible while respecting the time of both our clients and team. To ensure this, we have the following cancellation policy:

Notice requirement: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation fees: Appointments missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the visit. If your practitioner can provide virtual care, you may have the option to change to a virtual appointment rather than paying the fee. Any fees incurred will be charged to your credit card on file. Please note, virtual sessions are billable to some insurance companies while cancellation fees are not. At this time we unfortunately cannot offer virtual care as an option for ICBC sessions.

No-show policy: If you miss an appointment without providing notice, a 100% fee equivalent to the full cost of the visit will apply, charged to your credit card on file.

Exceptional circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you're unable to provide adequate notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

How to cancel: You can cancel or reschedule by calling our office, emailing us at any time, or through your Jane account (if it's more than 24 hours' notice).

This policy helps us provide timely care to all clients and maintain the quality of our services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
